MLB Arbitrator Ends Suspension of Pitcher Trevor Bauer for Sexual Abuse Allegations

Pitcher Trevor Bauer has been cleared to return to Major League Baseball after an independent arbitrator ended his suspension for sexual abuse allegations

The decision, which was announced to Bauer's legal team and the Dodgers on Thursday afternoon

Despite being accused of a crime, Bauer was not charged. The accuser attempted to obtain a restraining order against Bauer but was unsuccessful

Additionally, the Los Angeles prosecutors stated that there was not enough evidence to prove the accuser's allegations against Bauer beyond a reasonable doubt

 The Dodgers released a statement on Twitter saying that they had just received news of the arbitrator's decision and would be making a statement about it as soon as possible
